    seems like the screen is completely insensitive...tried rebooting several times and nothing has changed. its too new to start having this issues. i completely have no access to all my stuff in the phone. FRUSTRATED.
    What could be wrong??

    I suspect you may have received a damaged or defective device. Since its only 3 days old, I'd suggest returning to where you purchased it to have it replaced.
