    Can anyone help me I can't seem to play music in my story mode u can make a story and tweak it but I can add music and then can't hear any music any help welcome z10 user

    It should play even if profile is Silient. Is your volume turned off/too low?

    If you answer no to both, reboot:

    [INFO]Hold the top buttom till you see a red LED followed by the BlackBerry logo. Ignore on-screen prompts to reboot/turn off.[/INFO]
