    Recently bought Passport after having a Q10. Love it! However...installed [app name removed] and it worked fine. Now getting 'unfortunately [app name removed] has stopped' error. Tried restart/reinstalling/cleared cache no joy. Tried [app name removed] getting 'No connection. Retry' tried all of the above to fix, no joy. Tried to install some movies I purchased in BlackBerry world, can see them in 'My World' and there is an install button but when I try to install them I get , 'A network error occurred while processing your request. Please ensure you have sufficient network coverage and try again'. I am starting to fall out of love! Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks. Can provide OS/Version numbers if needed.
