    I recently had my phone replaced under warranty but discovered that my Movies purchased on BlackBerry World won't play - it just shows an error message instead: "download the original file or its license again and try again". 7digital tells me I should talk to BlackBerry. Any suggestions ?

    I think the time has passed to download those movies from BBW. I think there was a deadline to download them and they need to stay with the same phone you downloaded with....if i'm not mistaken.

    Can't you go into BlackBerry World under My World and My Video, then select the Films heading and download them again? I've done that before and they still show there.
