I want to easily move apps and everything else from one to the other but not getting anywhere with bby link. Anyone? Thanks!

No need to move apps, just log into your bbID on you passport and they should be there.

Now...as far as bring ton over contacts, pics try Device switch app

is it just switch devices that giving your issues or all of link? are you able to save a backup??

if so just save a backup and then restore it on the passport.
