    Hi,

    I cannot start a mobile hotspot, it says it is not allowed due to the limitations in the country (Czech Republic).

    This is "news" after updating a few days ago to the 10.3.1.1779 radio(?). I had been using the function often in the previous months.

    Currently Z10STL100-2/10.3.1.2576

    Any thoughts on what's going on? I believed, we are pretty liberal in this country...

    This is a currently known issue with BlackBerry 10 OS 10.3.1 and is under investigation: KB36801-Unable to turn on the Mobile Hotspot feature after updating to BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.3.1
