[CrackBerry Question]

Hello! I'm using a Blackberry Passport, and i reloaded my OS recently due to the poor battery life (saw this on some of the forum so thought i'll give it a shot). Prior to reloading the OS, I of course backed up my files, and even "copy to" all my pictures to my computer. However, after I reloaded the OS, and restored, i was shocked to realize all my pictures were gone. When i checked "recent activity" on blackberry link, it says "items not found".

Where could these items have gone? I'm very sure they have been transferred to my computer.

Your post is confusing. You backed up your device, wiped it and reloaded the OS.. cool. But when you restored it your pics were missing.. not cool but OK. However, you said you saved them to your computer, so why not just move them back?

Apart from the OS, I can only think of the media card as a common denominator. Pictures are stored on media card, but after restart they disappear. Both phones run the latest Rogers OS.
