I got the new Microsoft Miracast dongle. Very nice. However, when casting from my PRIV there seems to be no way on Android to choose the audio playback to a bluetooth speaker. No matter what I do it will stop playing once the phone is casting, as it chooses automatically the HDMI receiver. The problem is I am mirroring to a monitor which doesn't have speakers.

BB10 seems to smart enough to choose the bluetooth speaker over the Miracast receiver if it has been paired. So no problem with the Passport. On the other hand, the Passport can only project a small picture onto the screen whereas the PRIV can project a picture as big as the screen.

Has anyone run into this problem? Does anyone know if there is a fix?

    THANKS!

Maybe try this or some other app which might be able to overrule where the audio is routed - https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...honeroutingfix
