I am wondering if you can download Mic. Office 365 on Blackberry's newest OS. Does anyone know if this works or what has to be done to get it on the phone?

As of right now, MO365 is not available on the BB10 OS. However, OneDrive is fully integrated with the OS. This would be the best option thus far. Docs2Go is a pretty good native (out of the box) application.

I do believe that MO365 will become available at some point. BBRY can really benefit from having it fully integrated instead of through and app.

It could be unrelated to your question but "office suite pro" originally priced for 15$ is now being gave out for free on the amazon appstore! And it works great for me

You can install the Android OneDrive app (via whatever method you choose). It allows you to log in to both your personal and your business OneDrive accounts.

Office Mobile app (Android) apparently works on 10.3.1+ but not on anything older. I'm on 10.3 so can't personally verify that one.

Our Sharepoint isn't set up yet, but from what I've read, harmon.ie's native app is the best option for accessing those files.
