    As the title says, my account does not sync anymore. I can send emails but I don't receive any. When checking through outlook there are several emails and my old phone still syncs the emails without problems.

    I am having this issue since Saturday (no email synced to device since Friday). I am using a BlackBerry Passport.

    Does anyone have an idea what to do?

    First steps would be to re-enter the password to make sure the device is authorized. If that doesn't help delete and re-add the account. If still no luck contact the Admin for the exchange server and see if your device has been disallowed for some reason.
