Guy I am using Z10 with Os 10.2.1.3062
Sometime when I use camera for video capture and that the video does not start the error says the microphone is using with other app, the same problem with whatsapp when I chose to send audio message but phone says unable to start. ..
I tried to close all apps but the problem is still on, and when I restart the phone the problem is solved, so friend tell me the solution because I am not going to restart my phone many times in a day..

The problem is an Android app you have installed. Remove them one by one till you find the issue.

Some app is still running in the background using the mic.. just like BlackBerry said

Go to app permissions and see the list of apps that have access to microphone.

Close everything and then go to device manager, cpu or memory, and see if any of the apps listed is running.

Then click on it and close it.
