Pls how do I take care of memory almost full on my BlackBerry z10 I have a 16g external memory

Hi Matrix and welcome to the CrackBerry Community !

Well, it's all about ... cleanup !

The two main actions you can start with :
1. Delete all unnecessary/unused apps.
2. Move all the content you can to your SD card. Most obvious are images and videos. You can do that directly on your phone in the file manager. See this video for instructions (for images, start @ 1:20)


3. Install BlackBerry link(/Blend) on your computer so that you can access to both your internal and external (SD card) memory and consider archiving some images or videos on your computer.

It's not clear either it's your internal or external memory that is almost full (I presume internal). Anyways, with those 3 simple tips, you should earn some free space quite easily !
