Media card not showing

You have a media card inserte3d and you can't see it in File Manager? Have you tried it in a computer to see if the compu0ter recognizes it?

Yeah computer recognised it but z3 not recognise

What brand card and what model?

Did you format it in the phone? CAUTION - before formatting it, make sure that you copy and/or save any files on the sd card. Formatting will erase all data.
