Maps within android apps

Hi, i use a couple of apps which have google maps within them. I've patched them using cobalts software but the map element of the app is not showing? The particular apps I'm referring to are strava and Shopmium which don't show the map within the app. It's strange though because I use Uber which shows the map no problem so not sure what's wrong. I also have Google maps on my z10. Screen shots attached
