    When open BBERRY maps- just sits there. Anyone seen this or any advice.

    Reboot your device and try again!
    Also you're using a VERY old outdated OS.

    We're up to 10.3.2.2789

    I have 10.2.xxx on one of my T-mo phones and maps runs just fine. However, the process of update the OS will likely clear the issue. Have you tried a "hard" reset? Hold down both volume keys until the phone restarts?

    I read through all the info, felt a little overwhelmed. Finally tried it, took less than 1 hour with the drag and drop method. OS shows 10.3.2.2789. Phone runs SUPER SLOW. I do hope just has to sit / settle in.

    I have hard reset a few times before and after update. Still pretty bad. Will wait and see. Thank you and have a great day.
