    Hello all on this sunny afternoon in the UK.

    Even though 10.3.1 is in bound I had to reset to factory settings today on Z10.

    So a full back up was duly carried out and a reset to factory settings via BB Link on MS computer.

    The reset took approximately 90 mins.

    I then tried to load my 3gb back up file but with no joy.

    I am signed in to BB ID on Z10 too.

    Have tried the back up file on two laptops now, one with the latest link version and one a year old. Both failed!

    Really now at a loss and would love someone to steer me if possible.

    Were you able to restore via link? SOmetimes you need to reboot both devices and try again.
