[CrackBerry Question]

Hi,

There was around 15GB of data in my BB Q10 & I planned to wipe the whole thing so I chose security wipe option. It's more than 24 hours now and the wipe process is stuck on 93%. I thought for hard wiping it through BBSAK and installing fresh firmware, however I'm afraid my PC is not recognising my phone anymore (I can't wait anymore for the process to complete hence I decided to hard wipe the phone). I even tried BlackBerry Link on my Mac, but issue remains the same. Process is stuck on 93% and none of my machines are recognising it and hence I'm unable to wipe/reinstall the OS. What I'm supposed to do now? Should I wait for the process to complete?
