Loss Of 4G on Z10
Hi all. I've been a BlackBerry user for around 10 years now.
I've had my Z10 for over 2 years and as it's still going strong, I've swapped to a Sim only deal with O2. Around the same time, 10.3.2.2474 was released, and I updated to that.
Since the swap on tariff and software, I can't get 4G coverage. I had 4G before, and I've tested in other major cities where 4G is 100%, but the most I get is H+.
Has anyone had an issue with 4G since the upgrade. I can confirm the following so far:
1) no settings have been changed and network provider was same.
2) O2 have checked and no issues at their end. They've reset my account, but no success.
3) I've rebooted (battery pull) several times.
4) Didn't work on old Sim and not on new one.
5) Phone is set for 4G/3G/2G.
6) Manual network scan shows 4G available.
7) Only connects to 3G/H+ voice/data.

Sorry for long post - but I know these are questions that'll be asked!
Many thanks.

Maybe your Z10 model doesn't have the O2 LTE band support.
O2 UK uses band 20.

Hi. It does, as was on 02 prior to changing contract without issue.
To confirm, I have just finished my O2 24 month contract, and simply switched to an O2 Sim only contract. Same number, same phone, same network and no changes to settings (apart from Software Update).
Thanks though for replying - appreciated.

I'm pretty sure this is a network provisioning thing. Provable by having your buddy pop in his SIM into your Z10. If it works then you have your answer.
Try setting 4G only in the network selection. See if it connects to anything at all.
Also try popping that same SIM of yours into a different device. See if that one picks up 4G.
