I have a BlackBerry Q10 and I'm looking for an app that will do dictation and Tranfert everything into email... any application available and reliable for business purposes.

Say, what happens if you go HUB > Compose > Email > whatever account > and hold the 0 key?

You could also install dragon mobile assistant using Snap if the native voice assistant isn't to your liking.

Thanks for the answers...I will like to know what do you mean...using snap...I had research for dragon but it seams that it doesn't support bb10...please let me know...and thanks again

Bb10 has built in voice dictation, just hold the period on touch screen devices or the 0 or keyboard devices

If the settings isn't turned on, go to settings > language and input > voice dictation

In 10.3 it will also read your messages

Snap allows you to effortlessly install android apps on your BB10 device. It requires side loading or you can use an installer provided by Cobalt232: http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=902493. Dragon Mobile Assistant performed surprisingly well on my Z30 10.2.1 - and transcribed my dictations quicker and with more accuracy than the native voice assistant. The 10.3 version is reported to be greatly improved but I haven't had opportunity to trial that yet.
