Locked out of my ID in my 9320

Help!!!i inserted a new SIM card and have used my 10 attempts and am now locked out...cannot access my phone any further.....the SIM is BIS enabled...I have set up a totally new ID but it keeps locking me out for 15 mins....what an earth is the solution ...I know I could wipe my phone but some stuff on there I don't want to lose (I know, I didn't back up!)..... Is there any solution at all I'm sure there must be but I have trawled lots of internet to no avail... Thank you

you cant get around it. that is why the security is there. You would have to wipe it if you cant think of your passcode
