Some of my google searches come up in Spanish. Not able to download a banking app, as a message says that app can not be ddownloaded in my location. I am in the US.

I had this issue pop up on my old 9850, Google suddenly started defaulting to the Argentina localized version. No matter what I tried, I could not get it to stay on USA English.
I contacted my cell carrier, who escalated it up to BlackBerry, and discovered there was an issue with the BIS server for my carrier and it took them a bit over two weeks to fix. It was not just effecting me, but every other BIS BlackBerry user on my carrier.
So try contacting your carrier if you have a legacy BlackBerry (not a BB10 device, they do not use BIS) or your IT department if you have a company BES BlackBerry (including a BB10 device)
