    New issue on passport. Linked in App in getting closed automatically. I tried opening the app and every time it closes on its own. Any solution??

    It's because the drivers on your Computer and your device don't match!

    Download the Link/Blend software from Blackberry.com and accept for install and watch your device for a pop-up and chooce install drivers!

    Or you simply have a bad connection. Have you ever tried cleaning out the ports on your device? Get a can of condensed air and gently spray the buttons and ports.
    Dirt and dust build up can cause problems And finally, try using another cable. Maybe yours is warn and shorts out.
