Just got the Leap. Dig it personally great Z10 upgrade if you're reasonably OK with device performance. Dollar for dollar best to get a Z30 all things considered but I like the Leap design and feel more personally.

I like the Leap design more as well but remember the Leap doesn't have USB OTG support (for me this is a must with various presentations etc on the go).
Plus the Z30 is packed with a little more punch under the hood.
The Z30 is 'aging' but definitely not outdated in any way.
You may not like the charging point at the side on the Z30 (small point but it annoys me at least. Though it isn't a deal breaker per se).

Leap has much better LTE support, and a brighter screen.
Z30 is a touch faster, has NFC, USB OTG, HDMI-out.
