    due to small keyboard of my handset I had entered 3 time password that I already knew but it might typed wrongly and now it is shown enter "blackberry" to continue; on screen . I m so upset what to do to get access to my phone

    Well I'm not really sure, but if you type in blackberry it will wipe your phone , so if you have a back up you could try but it still might be locked after wipe and would need the password still.

    though I had tried many times the same password and some different one such as my phone IMEI no and some other but yet it is locked

    Try a battery pull and see what comes back up, the password screen or the blackberry msg.

    Do you have a back up , if so type in blackberry but it will wipe your phone, how can you not remember your password.

    one thing more a couple of month before I have bought this from someone else and at a moment I m using lyca sim but whenever I had switch on the set it appears " yes optus" on screen

    Optus is a mobile network just like lyca. When the phone was bought it was locked to Optus. The previous owner probably got it unlocked before they sold it so you would be able to use it on any network. That's why it displays yes Optus when you turn it on. It's not related to the password and shouldn't affect the operation of the phone in any way. If you could maybe take a photo of the locked screen you are talking about we may be able to help you further with the password problem
