    Don't have original password. How can I delete old one & enter a new one?

    Or type in the wrong one for 10 times.
    It wil start a security wipe which i thought made it usable again

    The device has an it policy likely. You can enter wrong ten times and it'll wipe. However if it is a policy, you will be forced to create a password.

    To remove the policy. Wipe the device. Set you password and then plug into desktop software. Go to tools in the top right of the software. There will be option to reset the device to factory.
