    I face so much problem in my BlackBerry Z3, I really need OS Updates... because my BlackBerry's touch isn't working from top side of screen so I can't access quick setting.
    Please don't tell me for use autoloaders for load OS. I want OTA update, because I have purchase BlackBerry not any autoloaders, so I should to use it.

    Sounds like you have way more issues to be worried about than an OS update. Do you really think an OS update is going to fix your touch screen failing? Hint: There's a REALLY high chance it won't.
