Officially, BlackBerry stated it would come this month, though there's plenty of speculation otherwise. There's plenty of threads about this already.
Oh Christ. Here comes the I'm in "insert country name here" where is my update :)

Sometime this month we can expect the official roll-out to begin, based on current official info. (Although there are many unsubstantiated rumours floating about.) Some carriers will be quicker than others.
