    This will not work.

Does your dvr depend on active X? Is there a Java or home version of the Web interface?

You could also attempt running your browser in desktop mode.

You will definitely never get Internet Explorer installed.
If it requires ActiveX it is a Windows only solution.

Perhaps evolution browser may get you a bit closer as it allows for you to change the user agent.

You could install Remote Desktop or Splashtop 2. Both available in BlackBerry World. To access a desktop PC remotely.

No but you could remote into your Windows machine and do it from there.

Video streaming through RDP is not a nice experience. But it will give him access to the UI and a lagging video stream.
