    I installed google play store on my Q10 and have been downloading and using different apps until 3days ago when all android apps downloaded stoped working giving an error "no Internet connection " while all other BlackBerry applications work perfectly ok including browser. Please assist

    Open BlackBerry Google ID, tap 3 dots at top right, select Android settings, and confirm wifi is active.

    You can also get the Android app "Android Assistant" by WebSky. You can check the status and toggle both wifi and mobile connections.
