Something drives high CPU use on my Q10 10.3.2.2474 and it's driving me nuts! It starts up and runs for days, killing my battery life.

Hard reboots don't stop it. It keeps running, even in Airplane mode.

Any suggestions for how to fix this?

Usually when I get that it's because of sync.

If you leave blend on. Or have dropbox / box / onedrive sync enabled... I've seen it ramp right up.

Unfortunately System is a wide assortment of processes and even third party processes with a special flag allowing for enhanced headless limits. I imagine it can also be spiked by the Android runtime if the Android OS side is doing things like GPS tracking at the OS level.

Thanks, KermEd. Uninstalling Dropbox seems to have fixed the problem.
I'll post an updated CPU chart in a few hours.
