    No, but it has an Android runtime in BB10 so you have access to most Android apps.

    Yes it is possible, they showed a picture of the Passport running android OS.The question is will Blackberry allow you to do that, on a current phone running BB10 OS. I don't think so, that's my opinion.

    Probably not. If I remember correctly, that supposed Silver Passport running Android was a different device family (Oslo vs Windermere).

    The actual device identifier for the Silver Passport is Windermere4ROW, I believe. No sign of Dallas.
