It's a known issue. If you do a search you'll find a thread that gives you the one to side load.

Lot of us waiting for the other devices to be granted access.... I assume that those using preview version of the Classic are also able to use Blend?

i am using a z3 can't get blend to work but my friend got it on his z10
both of us loaded 10.3.1.1154 using autoloaders

Update blend in blackberry world. You may have to go in, then to my world and refresh the list of updates.

I can confirm that with the updates that rolled yesterday, I can use blend on my Z10.

(Edit: also update your the pc version of Blend)

Got it working. Just had to do the update on both phone and computer.
