    You could still TRY Snap, as it goes through different servers to some extent it MAY work. If not, you would need access to a VPN that allows you to bypass your countries rules on internet. As I'm not sure if that's 'breaking the law' or not, I have to suggest you Google for more info on VPN's and ones that may service your area.
