    I had to remove Whatsapp from BlackBerry passport, the uninstall process was incomplete, it still shows Whatsapp as installed nor can I re install Whatsapp from BlackBerry world. I have installed Whatsapp using Snap, but I cannot attach any files, only messages.
    Please help to remove Whatsapp and intall from BlackBerry world.

    Are you perchance using OS 10.3.2.2876?
    If so this may apply to you....

    The link to the fix is at the bottom of the bulletin...install from BBW and REBOOT device immediately after.

    Then try to delete What's app.
