I'm carrying a z30 with latest 10.3.1 in india.

Just downloaded the Imobile for icici bank from BlackBerry world it does not open, searched on amazon found nothing therefore downloaded from snap.

Now the app is installed when I click on activate button it does the gprs test, passes it and goes to next screen where I have to enter a 4 digit pin I do it and get " please try after some time, we are unable to process your request "
I'm doing this from last 2 days.
Am I doing something wrong? Pls help
