    Best Advice, contact the developer (Person who made the App) and ask for him or her to try fix your issues in the next update. We cant fix issues with Apps.

    Install an older version of the IMO apk.

    If you are on OS 2876 you will need to delete all remnants of current IMO apk and also use the following fix.
