    im using blackberry leap! i didn't get any confirmation msg wen registering blackberry protect and it showing protect is currently unavailable

    First confirm that Location Services is enabled and that you have WiFi or network activated....if all are then confirm your BBid on both your device and the web.
    Login to BBPROTECT online and confirm that your device is available in the device list.
    It may simply be a server issue if all your credentials are correct and the device is listed in bbprotect.
