This is the third time I'm trying to update the os from 10.1 to 10.2.1.2997, every Time step1 is completed & software is downloaded to 100% then at the time of step2 installation it stuck at 75% and the message shows up that "software update interrupted" I'm using z10. Please help I'm pretty fed up with this

Welcome to the forums!

No kidding, to keep trying something that's not working is bound to drive one mad. So I suggest you try something else!

1. Download the proper autoloader for that OS (and for your Z10 model, which you didn't tell us); EDIT: Well, can't find the autoloader for the OS you're tying to get so have a newer version instead: http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...evices-946094/
2. Use Sachesi to download and install the new OS. EDIT: Here is how you do that. Codes are on the previous link. http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...achesi-904841/

If 10.2.1 doesn't load, try 10.3 :-)

Just keep in mind it's still very early, prone to issues, bugs, missing feautures and all that. :-)

First of all download that update. I think it is of 282 mb. After downloading it will be in step 2, when the message shows up that "software update interrupted" . After that restart your phone.Then security wipe it . It might take some time so plug in the charger. It will be updated to 10.2.1.2997 ..
