    my z10 is running out of juice for every 5 minutes there is big drop and when i keep it charging for 1 hour it gets charged up till 40% and within two minutes of usage it shuts down ...so i tried removing battery sim and memory card and charged it but there is no use

    Your battery is mostly likely failing. I recommend ordering a new one from Amazon.

    Agreed; order a replacement battery. Much cheaper on Amazon, that's where I bought mine. It makes the world of difference.
