That's a "fatal file system error". See KB34545-BlackBerry 10 smartphone will not startup and displays an image with a link to www.bberror.com

You'll have to reload your OS. KB34045-How to clean reload the BlackBerry 10 OS or BlackBerry PlayBook OS using BlackBerry Link

Hopefully you have a recent backup, as this will wipe any existing data. When you set it up again, be sure to use the same BlackBerry ID and password so you have access to any apps purchased from BB World.

Just curious, what causes that? Had these white screen errors a lot on bbos but not on BlackBerry 10.

This could be caused by many things -- a bad file due to a signal hiccup during an OTA upgrade or a corrupt autoloader installation. It could be due to a conflict when restoring from a backup that's not 100%. Or, pulling the battery on a BB 10 device -- which is not recommended. There are probably more causes than I can think of, as well.

I've not had one on any of my 3 BB 10 devices since the BB10 launch, BTW.

Try restarting first. I've had this happen on my Z10 a couple of times. It went away with a restart or two.

You may be able to get back in after restarts, but that's not dealing with the issue. It's likely to happen again, and may not be recoverable.
