Anybody use Ilock? I had a bad experience with it all the pictures and videos I put in the app dissappeared so I went n read up on it uninstall and reinstall and nothing help anyone?

Just don't trust all apps about hiding media. It happens always and still there's no solution.

Media Hide, Secure Pictures and iLock. I put all my private pictures there and then after a week or days, all those are gone. I don't know how to recover it.

I just downloaded it today. It's free in BBW. I put three random pics in it to test it out. It's not recognizing my password nor is it recognizing the recovery question answer. Will be deleting it.

Someone posted that they rebooted there z10 after it happened to them to get a folder back how does this work?
And is rebooting just restarting the phone?

Anyone else have any insights into this? I had a folder protected by iLock, and then had to reinstall the program, and the folder still shows up, but with 0 items in it. Is there any way to recover what was in this folder?
