Disable the hub it has the gold icon on it then install Outlook and SwiftKey keyboard and you'll see the huge difference in fact you'll see a Priv the way it's supposed to run (Fast!).

The hub is slow and clunky and so I gave Outlook a try and I had to install SwiftKey because the stock keyboard didn't play nicely with Outlook but they are working on the issue till then try them both you won't be sorry.

If one hasn't already, wipe any Facebook/Messenger app off of the phone as well.
