Are you using a launcher of some sort or the default? By default I dont believe there is a customization for the icon size. If you are using Nova Launcher for example there is a setting for this. Could some sort of Accessibility mode have been turned on?

I did check the setting in the accessibility, everything seems fine. I recently changed the screen because I dropped it. Since then the icons looks a lot bigger. I also tried to find the screen grid setting, but seems not there.

Thanks for the question Boni. Would you be able to attach a screenshot of your home screen. Might help with diagnosing the problem

(Hold down the power button and the volume down key)

The only thing I can think of is, your font size is set to 'huge'. To change that back to 'normal'. Go into Settings > Display > Font size.

    Hope this helps.

Hi, here you have the screen shot. The font size only reduces the font of the text*
    Thank you for the help.*
I think if I can find the screen grid layout it will help*

If you go inside the Developer options, there is a option called 'simulate secondary displays' - make sure that is set to 'None'.

To get developer options open the 'about phone' menu item in settings and then tap the build number 5 times. Then go back into the setting menu and 'dev options' should be at the bottom.

If this doesn't work then I'm out of ideas haha. Sorry

I'm afraid didn't work. Maybe they installed a non original part when I sent to repair. Do you know where I can find the screen grid layout?

You might try Nova Launcher. It allows more customization of icons.

It's possible they installed a lower resolution screen somehow??? That would be really surprising but maybe the alcatel idol 4 screen can be swapped into the DTEK60, and that screen is only 1080p vs the 2k that is dtek60.

Take a screenshot of any page and check the resolution of the screenshot. It should be 2XX0*1440 I think. If it's 1920*1080 then that's not right.
