1Logic says there is an issue with the SD Card but clearly, you seem hell bent on blaming the device. Check the card and for the love of all things BlackBerry, update your OS, if you're really on 10.2.1.537.

Test your sd card in a computer and see how it plays out. I have had,for a year, a 64 gig sandisk class 10 sd that I move from my Z30 to my Q10 all the time. I have yet to lose a file.

Like said before could be a bad card. I have used 3 different sd cards over time, all sandisk, no issues at all. ( to clarify, got a z10 and used a 16 gig. upgraded to a 32 gig. When I got my Z30 I got a 64 gig. I now have a Q10 not a Z10. All cards still work perfectly)

Besides screaming you might want to use a data recovery software on your pc to salvage most if not all the data.

Free and paid ones are available for Windows/ Mac/ Linux. Free ones have data limits. Try MiniTool Power Data Recovery (free version has 1GB limit).

Plus like others have said, the sd card might be the problem.

I had the same issue with my SD card, and I too blamed my BlackBerry for it..... turns out it wasn't my Blackberry's fault at all, it was a knock off SD card from eBay, every time I went over 4GB (the SD was sold as a 16GB) it erased everything, don't know why but it did, mustn't have been as big as it thought it was.
Anyway I replaced the SD card with an original Sandisk SD card, which I've literally had no problems with at all.

So make sure you buy a reputable SD card if you want good results!

If the data was really as important as you claim, you would have backed it up somewhere. The idea of backing up data is discussed here constantly.

Guys he 'checked' the card. What does that even mean?
Get a new SD card, and don't buy a cheap no name card.

I am using Samsung. It's a class 6 sd card 32 gb. Is is a cheap brand according to u? . I never backed up because I never thought I would face this problem at this time because the card is still new for me. I never thought that the sd cards too could create these kind of a problem buddies.....

So getting new sd card is the only way to come out from it? I was hoping there is any app which would recover my data.

While I'm sure there's valuable advice in your response, you really shouldn't kick a guy when he's down.

Well yah, it's not the best
I mean I've never been a supporter for Samsung SD
However, you're using a class 6... It's recommended to use class 10 for best performance
Please don't blame the device because none of our devices do it.
