I am traveling within two countries and need to change the sim each time. Reason are : in one country the provider is not supported and the other reason is that the charges are two high for roaming.

Not very likely, although there are several low cost Android phones and I believe one of the new Microsoft Windows phones that offer this.

While back BlackBerry bought a company that worked on having multiple virtual SIMs on a single physical SIM. Also, there is an article here talking about a Hong Kong company using that technology in trial mode. My guess would be that BlackBerry will eventually release that functionality on their own phone (if they continue to make phones), but no such announcement has been made to my knowledge.

If they do it would be a BlackBerry Android phone. Two more new phones are expected in the next six months. At this point dual SIM phones still seem to be a specialty item.
