I just got a new Q5 but it isn't downloading onto my PC laptop. I accidentally unplugged it during the initial installing process. Now when I plug my Q5 to my laptop, it only charges it and a pop up says: "Setup hasn't been completed for the connected Blackberry". How do I complete the setup and installation process?
