    When I reset my Q5 I didn't delete the Android Apps first. When I try to load them now the Google Store shows them as already installed and thus won't install them again. Google help tells me that the apps can't be deleted from the store unless you access them from an Android device. How can I proceed? The app TU Go is only available from the Google store.
