[CrackBerry Question]

Hi folks
When I make a call on my Z30 the other person can not hear me. It works if I put it on speaker phone. Voice notes works, as does music. I restarted the device etc. I have had the device for 8 months , with no issues this is a first for me. The mute is off, I've put head phones in to see if that helps, music fine through head phones, just phone calls others can not hear me

Have you tried doing a mic test from the BlackBerry Virtual Expert app?

I'm logged in now. Yes I have tried the BVE no issues there. I call someone and hear the other person but they hang up on me. (can't hear me). However it works on the speaker phone. I have OS 10.2.3062 , It's a Canadian purchased phone STA 100-5. I'm stumped .
