Lighty bumping my z10 to my palm makes a sound. It sounds like a loose screw or some small parts crackling. My device has never been dropped. It is 2 months old.

It's either the vibrating motor or the accelerometer.

It is the focus/lens in the camera. Nothing to worry about. Same with all of em.

I've had two Z10s and had that noise on both. I saw no degradaton on either one -- everything worked as intended. I thought it could be the camera lens or that the volume buttons could be just a tiny bit loose, but didn't have either unit replaced for it.

I just noticed that I have the same noise on my Z30, and it has the same camera as the Z10. Hmmm.

It was confirmed by Bbry on their forums very shortly after the z10 launch that it is the camera focus lens.
