    First when I wipe my phone I see an error (bb10-0015). Then I search what is this? I found is OS problem. Then I download Blackberry Link and try automatic download. But I failed. Then I download STL100-1---4(Z10). I give STL100-2, STL100-3 several times .. Now when I connect my phone computer don't recognize my phone.(Only red LED flash.

    Which variant phone do you have? It matters if it's STL100-1, STL100-2, STL100-3 or STL100-4.
